Chassis No. 5VA77
The Rolls-Royce Phantom V is an opulent saloon that notes the Queen amongst its owners, the luxury limousine offering high levels of comfort to driver and passengers alike.
We have a rare and sought after 1963 Phantom V with coachwork by James Young and it has a beautiful burgundy over black colour configuration.
It was supplied new to an owner in London’s Park Lane and was then taken across to the USA in the 70s before making its way back to the UK.
It is a very well-presented solid car with minor age-related marks to the paintwork and beige leather which has undergone a complete leather revival process.
The veneers are in solid condition but would benefit from reconditioning or can be just enjoyed as is and the illuminated cocktail cabinet is still present with glasses and a decanter.
Mechanically the car has undergone complete recommissioning and has had over £30,000 spent to achieve this, which has created a beautiful driving car which happily cruises with modern traffic.
All chassis records are presented with the car in the RREC wallet along with a copy of the original handbook.
